Manners in Motion Dog Schools

Manners in Motion utilizes the “Click and Treat” method of training. Our staff is composed of experienced instructors who are dedicated to you and to your dog. We train you to be trainers, as well as life long stewards and companions to your dog.

Obedience classes progress from Puppy Kindergarten through Utility training.Each of the classes is taught on a “building block” format, starting simply with the basics, and adding skills as well as complexity with each level. The Level 1 class is the Beginner class. Puppy Kindergarten is designed as a foundation for the Level 1 class, but it is not required to attend that class.

Puppy Kindergarten	Class Size – 8	$145.00	Class meets one night per week for 5 weeks Sit, Down, Stay, Leash Training, Come, Mouthing, Biting, Jumping-up, Fear Responses, Health Care.
Level 1 Obdience	Class Size – 10 - 12	$175.00	Class meets one night per week for 6 weeks Sit, Down, Stand, Stay, Heeling on Lead, Come, Behavior Problems Addressed.
Level 2 Obedience	Class Size – Varies	$160.00	Class meets one night per week for 6 weeks Attention, Figure 8, Footwork, Distraction Work, Long Stays (Sit & Down), Beginning of off-leash healing.
Level 3 Obedience	Class Size – Varies	$125.00	Class meets one night per week for 6 weeks Attention, Figure 8, Footwork, Finish to Left, Hand Signals, Distraction Work, off lead healing. Canine Good Citizen Test.
Open & Utility Obedience	Class Size – Varies	$100.00	Class meets one night per week for 6 weeks Jumps, Retrieving, Off Lead Mastery, Scent Discrimination, Working “Away” from the dog.
